Using this site
You may read this site, print it and quote it with attribution. You may not scrape it, copy it wholesale, or use it to send unsolicited messages to us or to anyone else.
We are not a grant authority
Baseflow supplies equipment and advises on funding. We do not award funds, we do not decide eligibility and we do not act for any program administrator. Every decision described on this site is made by the program, not by us.
Estimates are not offers
The eligibility estimator and any figure we give before an application is decided are estimates for planning. They are not offers, applications, advice on which you should rely alone, or any guarantee of award. Percentages, caps, deadlines and eligibility rules are set by each program and change without notice.
No professional advice
Nothing here is tax, legal or engineering advice. Programs with a tax component depend on your own position and should be confirmed with your accountant before you rely on them.
What you tell us
If you submit a form you confirm the details are yours or that you are authorised to give them for the site, and that they are accurate. An application built on inaccurate information can be refused or clawed back by the administrator, and that consequence sits with the applicant. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.
Other people's sites
We link to sites we do not control, including program and agency pages. A link is not an endorsement and we are not responsible for what happens on them, nor for whether their information is current.
Availability
We keep the site up but we do not promise it. It may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and we are not liable for that.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability arising from this website is limited to what you paid to access it, which is nothing. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.
