If the site qualifies, the programme can cover the equipment and the monthly service. Where it does not, you get a price before anything ships — never after.

Mount it, power it, activate it. Most sites are online the same day the hardware arrives, and there is a number to call if they are not.

Indoor modem
A single unit for an office, a control room or a trailer. Plugs into your existing switch and is running in about ten minutes.
Outdoor unit
Weather-rated, mounted where the signal is rather than where the desk is. For yards, roofs and poles, with a single cable back inside.
Router and failover
Keeps the wired line as primary and switches to 5G when it drops, without anyone noticing or pressing anything.
Mesh for large sites
Several units covering a plant floor, a warehouse or a spread-out yard, managed as one network.

So is the monthly service free or not?
At qualifying sites the programme can cover the monthly service, and eligibility depends on the carrier and on the address. We tell you which case you are in before you order anything, and we put it in writing.
Do I have to buy your equipment?
For programme installs, yes. The service is certified against the hardware we supply, so that when something stops working there is one place to call instead of three that point at each other.
What if my address has no coverage?
Then we say so and stop. We will tell you which carrier is closest and what it would take, but we are not going to sell you a modem that cannot see a tower.
How fast can a site be online?
Coverage checks come back the same or next business day. After that it is shipping time plus about an hour of installation.
Is this a replacement for fibre?
For most sites it is a complement: a second path that stays up when the first one goes down. For temporary and remote sites it is often the only practical option.
