SMS programme terms
What we send, how often, what each keyword does and how to stop it.
Last updated 1 September 2026.
Programme name
Baseflow project and application alerts.
What we send
Two kinds of message and nothing else. The first is a funding alert: a program that has opened, is about to close, or has changed its rules in a way that affects systems like yours. The second is about work you have already started with us — a quote, an application, a delivery date or a site visit.
We do not send advertising, we do not message anyone who has not asked us to, and we do not text about programs that have nothing to do with the system you told us about.
How you opt in
By entering your own mobile number on a form on this website — the alerts sign-up or the contact form — and ticking an unticked consent box. We do not accept numbers collected anywhere else, bought from anyone, or entered by a third party on someone's behalf. Consent is never a condition of a purchase, a quote or an application.
How often
Recurring, and it varies with what is happening on your project. Most subscribers receive between two and six messages a month. There is no fixed schedule and we do not send filler.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply; your carrier sets them according to your own plan. We charge nothing for this programme.
Keywords
- STOP — we reply once to confirm and then send nothing further. It applies across every programme we run.
- HELP — we reply with how to reach a person.
- START — resumes messages if you stopped them and change your mind.
You can also call (719) 701-8266 or email [email protected] and we will handle it.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
